In view of the assembly elections to be held in Uttar Pradesh next year, electoral enthusiasm has started visible from now on. AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi had challenged Yogi Adityanath not to become CM in 2022. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has now reacted to this announcement of Owaisi. CM Yogi called Owaisi a big leader and accepted his challenge.
Yogi Adityanath said that Asaduddin Owaisi is a big leader of our country, but he is forgetting that he cannot challenge BJP inside UP because BJP fights elections here with its values and issues. He said that if Owaisi has challenged BJP for the 2022 assembly elections, then BJP workers accept his challenge. There is no doubt that the BJP will form the government in Uttar Pradesh in the 2022 assembly elections.
A few days back, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi had announced that his party would contest 100 assembly seats in Uttar Pradesh. He had said that they would fight the assembly elections in UP in alliance with Om Prakash Rajbhar-led Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party and Sankalp Morcha, an alliance of smaller parties. The Hyderabad MP tweeted in Hindi and announced that his party would contest the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections. Owaisi usually gives messages on social media in English.
