The Bollywood megastar has also posted a picture of his mother on his official Twitter (formerly Twitter) with the caption ‘Maa’.
In 2017, Amitabh had mentioned about the beautiful moments of his family with his mother through a blog. He wrote in the blog, ‘While his heart was trying to beat on the monitor, the doctors who were with him were trying their best to save him. His heart was responding to his weak body intermittently’. Amitabh Bachchan’s mother Teji Bachchan, who was the wife of late poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan, died on December 21, 2007 due to prolonged illness. She was 93 years old.
On December 19, the Bollywood legend was seen at his granddaughter Aaradhya’s anniversary. Big B was accompanied by his son-actor Abhishek Bachchan and daughter-in-law-actress Aishwarya Rai. The three were spotted together after many months.
