During this, he said – I assure that now it will take only half an hour to go from Lucknow to Kanpur through Green Corridor. During this, he also talked about construction of Thakurganj Dubagga flyover and connecting it with Mathiyari Shaheed Path. Along with this, he also announced to build a flyover in Telibagh. Gadkari said that due to poor visibility due to fog in the morning, he could not go to Kanpur today. Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya and Dinesh Sharma were also present with him.
During this, Chief Minister Yogi said that earlier UP was crime-ridden, now JCB runs at the house of mafia along with development. The government of double engine is running at double speed. UP is an emerging economy. On the other hand, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav said that there was a revolution in the country in the field of roads. At the same time, a Brahmosh unit has also started in Lucknow, which will destroy the world’s factory of terrorism. He said that Yogi ji is improving law and order in UP. The development of the state is happening at a rapid pace. This new era is a time of change. People have given victory since 2014, now there will be a historic victory in 2022 as well.
Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma said that Gadkari ji was asking what else is needed for UP, jidhar dekho road is being constructed. Earlier it used to take eight hours to reach Azamgarh from here. Now it takes two and a half hours. Meerut-Delhi time has also reduced. UP is moving towards a new direction. It will become a prosperous state.
Inauguration of flyover from Madianv to IIM crossing, Khurramnagar to Indira Nagar Sector 25, elevated flyover from Munshi Pulia to Polytechnic and laid the foundation stone for four lane widening of Lucknow Hardoi Shahjahanpur. The special thing will be that two flyovers, which are about seventy seventy meters and are ready at the cost of 24 crores on Kukrail drain, were also inaugurated. The length of the flyover from Munshi Pulia to before the Polytechnic is about 1.868 km. Is. 1.4 km on this flyover. There will be four lane till date and the cost will be around 170.60 crores. In the construction of this flyover, 32 spans of 35-35 meters will be kept. Along with the service road, the work of the junction will also be done here. The flyover from Khurram Nagar intersection to Indira Nagar Sector 25 is about 1.8 km. will be long. There is a proposal to extend this flyover up to Kalyanpur. The project will cost Rs 140 crore. A flyover will be built from Madiaon to IIM crossing, its length will be 1.94 km. and the cost will be around Rs 140 crore. Apart from this, four-laning will be made between Lucknow-Hardoi-Shahjahanpur, where the route was earlier a state highway, which got the status of National Highway 731 in the year 2018-19. About Rs 4400 crore will be spent on this.
