Haridwar. The preparations for the last royal bath of Kumbh on Tuesday on Chaitra Purnima have been completed. In view of Corona’s increasing transition, the saints have assured that a maximum of 100 saints from each arena will participate in the royal bath. Apart from this, the number will also be limited in the procession. The number of vehicles will also be less.
Inspector General of Police (Mela) Sanjay Gunjyal finalized the preparations for the royal bath by conferencing the fair and video conferencing with police officials. Gunjyal said that in the past, he had discussed about the arrangement of the royal bath with the officials of various akhadas. The saints have given them confidence that the Kovid guide line will be fully followed during the bath. Masks and physical distance will be taken care of during the bath.
Fair IG said that during the Shahi Snan procession, traffic will be diverted for some time on the National Highway. Apart from this, Harki Paadi will also be banned for the common devotees with a slight delay instead of seven o’clock in the morning. Apart from Harki Paidi, common devotees will be allowed to visit Upper Road and other markets. The Akhil Bhartiya Akhara Parishad has already determined the order of bathing for the royal bath. This sequence will be the same as in the previous royal bath.
Under this, Shri Niranjani Arena will first take bath with Anand Arena. This is followed by Juna, Agni and Awaan are the turn of the arena. On the third order, the Mahanirvani Akhara will bathe with the Atal Arena. After the bathing of the ascetics, the three Bairagi Ananias and their akhadas will bathe. After the Bairagi ANNI, both the melancholy arena and finally the Nirmal Arena will bathe. The Bairagi Akharas, which are angry with the Akhil Bhartiya Akhara Parishad, have also agreed to this bathing order.
