What is Remadecivir injection: An antiviral drug made by Gilead Sciences, a US pharmaceutical company. It was created about a decade ago to treat hepatitis C and respiratory viruses, but was never approved to market. In this era of corona infection, Remadecivir injection is now being seen as a life-saving drug. This is the reason that people are ready to buy Remedicivir injection even at an expensive price. Remadecivir injection is used in the treatment of severe corona patients. However, no one has recognized its effective functioning in the treatment of corona. In November, the WHO also said that Remedisvir is not an accurate treatment for corona. Even after this, after the Corona crisis, there has been a big jump in its sales. In India, this drug has been produced by many companies like Cipla, Zydus Cadila, Hetero, Mylan, Jubilant Life Sciences, Dr. Reddy’s, Sun Pharma. The Gilead Sciences company developed Remedisvir as an Ebola drug, but it is now believed that more viruses may die from it. For this reason, the new name Corona virus has been added to it.
Central government lowered the price: Amidst the increasing new cases of corona virus, the central government has given a big discount in the price of the main drug used in the treatment of pandemic. The central government has cut the price of Remedisvir by about fifty percent. Its price has been reduced by two thousand rupees. The price of this injection is Rs 2,450. Remediation of erection is expected to be available at Rs 1225 after the deduction. In contrast, black-marketing in the country is selling one injection of it for between 15 and 23 thousand.
