Screws on negligence in deliberation: SIT investigation in Mahoba case had revealed that police had taken arbitrary action in many cases. Serious allegations of playing games in the police investigation have also been continuous. In such cases, action was taken on 1156 guilty policemen in the year 2019, whereas action has been taken against 1675 guilty policemen this year.
Will not be spared culprit: UP DGP Hitesh Chandra Awasthi said that from police to corruption, other complaints against policemen are being seriously investigated. Strict punitive action has been taken against the guilty policemen. In any case, the guilty policemen will not be spared.
