Narsinghpur In Madhya Pradesh, a family going to celebrate Rakshabandhan fell victim to an accident near Narsinghpur, in which four family members, husband and wife, have died. The whole family was sitting on top of the truck. The accident occurred after the truck overturned.
Akhilesh Mishra, in-charge of Gadarwara police station, told IANS that Virender Mijaji (35), a resident of Sonkutch in Dewas, was on his way to Jabalpur with his wife Pooja and two children on board. Virendra’s in-laws are in Jabalpur and Pooja was going to tie a rakhi to her brother on Rakshabandhan. This truck was filled with oil cans (containers). The truck uncontrolled on Monday morning and overturned near Nadner.
According to Mishra, the four family members sleeping on top of the truck got buried in oil containers, which led to his death. At the same time, the driver of the truck has not suffered any injuries.
