Lucknow. On Tuesday night, a high speed truck rammed into roadside shops in Mahona town situated on Itaunja-Kursi road. Many people were injured in the accident. With the help of fire brigade personnel, police took out six seriously injured people by cutting the truck and took them to Itaunja CHC, where three were declared dead. At the same time, three people were referred to the trauma center. Till the time of writing the news, the police was carrying out rescue operations.
Accident causes chaos in the village
Police said that Neeraj’s mobile, Rajkumar’s electronic, Munna Chaurasia’s paan, Manish’s egg roll, Pintu’s mechanic and Suraj’s sweet shop are located on the roadside in Mahona town on the Nagar Panchayat. These shops are in a line.
On Tuesday night at around nine o’clock, someone or the other was present in all the shops. At the same time, a high speed truck rammed into all the shops in a line and hit the electricity pole. The accident caused chaos in the village.
Electricity also went off due to the pole being damaged. When police reached the spot, they removed the crowd and called fire brigade personnel. They removed the people trapped in the truck and the shop by cutting with a cutter. Police sent Neeraj, Rajkumar, Munna, Manish, Pintu, Suraj, Dinesh, Shiva, Sanjeev alias Sanju and others to CHC. Here, during treatment, 22-year-old Dinesh, 18-year-old Sanjeev and Shiva were declared dead. Manish, Neeraj and others were sent to the trauma center, where the condition of all is said to be critical. Traffic jam occurred after the accident There was chaos due to the truck entering the shops. The villagers protested and came on the road, due to which traffic jam occurred. Police removed everyone and removed the truck with the help of JCP and took everyone to the hospital with the help of ambulance. After this other vehicles could leave for their destination. Shiva had come to his maternal uncle’s house The family members said that the dead body was a resident of Maspipri. He had come to his maternal uncle’s house to listen to Bhagwat Katha. He had gone out for a walk in the village late in the evening. He met with an accident during that time. As soon as the news of his death reached, there was chaos in the house.
The department was warned earlier too
Dainik Jagran had earlier warned the concerned departments about the accidents happening on Itaunja-Kursi road. The related accidents were published in the main issue, but the department did not pay attention even once. This is the reason that a big accident happened again.
