Atul Subhash, who made a video of one hour, 21 minutes and 46 seconds and wrote a suicide note of thirty pages, also wrote the entire story of the last two days before his death. Two sheets of paper were stuck on the wall of Atul’s room. On one of the sheets, he has written that he has to do 32 things before his death. He had divided these things into three parts. Let us tell you the story of Atul Subhash before his death.
Two pages were stuck on the wall of the room
Atul Subhash used to live on the second floor of Delphinium Residency Apartment in Bengaluru. Atul’s body was found in a room there. Before dying, Atul had stuck two different pages on a wall of that room. On one sheet, ‘Justice is Due’ was written in big letters. While on the other sheet stuck next to it, a list of 32 things was stuck in very small letters, which Atul had to complete before embracing death. Atul had written ‘Final task before Mukti’ on the top of this checklist.
The last 32 tasks of life were divided in three parts
Actually, these were Atul’s final 32 tasks. Atul had divided these tasks in three different parts. He had named the first part ‘Before Last Day’. The second part was named ‘Last Day’. While the third part was named ‘Execute Last Moment’. That is, this final task had a list of all the tasks of the last two days of Atul’s life. Atul had made a column in front of this final task. In which he kept ticking the tasks as they were completed. Or kept writing ‘Done’.
Done was written in front of 8 tasks out of 32
Out of these 32 tasks, he had written ‘Done’ in front of the first 8 tasks. While he had ticked the 24 tasks. Do you know what was the last task that Atul chose in his checklist just before his death? Taking a bath for the last time before embracing death.
These 8 tasks were completed on the last day
The checklist of the last two days of Atul’s life begins with ‘Before Last Day’. That is, one day before his death. That is, 8 December. For 8 December, Atul had chosen the final 8 tasks. This task begins with the first task Initiate Last Day. That is, from the beginning of the last day. The second task was to pack important documents. The third task was to complete legal preparations. The fourth task was to complete all office work. The fifth task was to collect all communications. The sixth task was to take backup of data. The seventh task was to complete small tasks. The eighth task was to save money. The eight tasks that Atul had chosen for himself on this last day before his death. All of them were probably completed. That is why he had written ‘Done’ in front of all these tasks.
This is how Atul prepared for the last day
Atul had divided the tasks of the last day of his life into two parts. The first part was for completing the tasks set as the last day and the second part was for completing the tasks of the last moments. For the first part of the last day, he had set a total of 10 tasks for himself. That is, these tasks were for the night of 8 and 9 December. The tasks of this last day included paying money to everyone. Scanning and uploading documents. Connecting it to your mail. Uploading a copy of the suicide note as a backup. Laptop, charger, office ID, gate ID. Submitting all of them in the office. Preparing a noose for suicide. Removing fingerprint and face recognition from your phone. Preparing data of small tasks and uploading the suicide note video.
Suicide note video and email
Now the last moment of Atul’s life was near. Now Atul had to do 13 tasks in his last moments. The final task that Atul wrote for these last moments begins with Destroy I. That is, destroy yourself. After this Atul publishes the suicide note video and email in different groups. After this he sends a message to his family. After the family, he sends a message to the lawyers. Mails to the office. Checks the attachment. Then uploads the video live. Attaches the suicide note with it. Also mails the copy of the court. After this Atul takes a backup of the mail sent to the court and saves it. Then sends the mail to the High Court and Supreme Court. Checks the attachment of the sent mail.
The last 32 tasks before liberation were completed
Now 6 final tasks were left before liberation. Atul starts these last tasks of the last moments by keeping a suicide note on the table in the room. After this, he keeps the room key on the fridge. He also keeps the car and bike keys on the same fridge. Now all his tasks were done. The last four tasks were left. He starts the last four tasks by chanting Shiva’s name 108 times. After this, he opens all the windows of the room and closes the door. Now he goes to the bathroom. And takes a bath for the last time. The last 32 tasks before salvation were now completed.
The 33rd final task was death
After this, he hangs himself from the noose hung from the fan in the room itself. Technically, this was his 33rd final task before salvation. But in his final task, Atul Subhash neither mentioned this last task, nor mentioned it in his task. Neither did he make any column or cook food for it. Because Atul also knew that this was a task. Before doing which he could neither write ‘done’ nor tick it. And after doing this, it was not possible. Because the dead never write. And in this way, Atul’s final tasks were completed before salvation.
Family members will fulfill one wish
After death, the last rites were performed and now the same Atul is locked in an urn in the form of bones. Atul’s family performed his last rites in Bengaluru itself. After the last rites, his ashes were kept in the urn. Later, they took this urn from Bengaluru to their home in Samastipur, Bihar. One question whose answer everyone wanted to know was whether Atul’s family members will fulfill this one wish out of his last 12 wishes. That is, until Atul gets justice. Will they keep his ashes safe till then? So Atul’s brother answered this question. He said that until justice is not given, they will keep Atul’s ashes safe.
Will Atul’s family get justice?
That means for now Atul’s ashes will be kept safely. The family will wait for the verdict. But it is not known what the verdict will be. But if the verdict is not in Atul’s favour, that is, if he does not get justice, will Atul’s family be able to fulfill his wish? Will any family have the courage to do this?
Bangalore police reached Jaunpur
Atul’s mother has been more unconscious than conscious since hearing the news of her son’s death. She had reached Bangalore from Samastipur on the day of her son’s funeral. But before bidding a final farewell to her son, she had become exhausted from crying. Atul’s brother had filed an FIR against four people for inciting Atul to commit suicide. After registering the case, a team of Bangalore police was sent to Jaunpur in UP.
Bangalore police is taking the opinion of legal experts
DCP Shivkumar said in a phone conversation with Aaj Tak that even though the family has written the names of only four people, after investigating the case and taking the opinion of legal experts, he will decide whether a case should be registered against Jaunpur Family Court Judge Rita Kaushik and her peon Madhav and whether they should be questioned.
Atul’s in-laws locked the house and fled
Meanwhile, the Bangalore police team left for Jaunpur. Meanwhile, in the darkness of the night, the entire family of Atul’s wife Nikita quietly fled by locking the door of the house. Even the pictures of Atul’s mother-in-law running away are captured in the camera. Later, Atul’s mother-in-law and brother-in-law were also seen captured in the CCTV camera of a hotel. However, before running away from the house, as soon as the news of Atul’s death went viral across the country through social media, media teams had gathered outside Atul’s house in Jaunpur to know the side of his in-laws. But instead of talking, the family started threatening the media.
Law tightens its grip on Nikita’s family
They showed fingers from the balcony and threatened the media people standing below. Atul’s mother-in-law Nisha Singhania and brother-in-law Anurag Singhania were among those who did this. Both of them showed fingers to the media in broad daylight and in the darkness of the night, they locked the door and fled. They knew that Bangalore Police can knock at the door anytime. And can arrest the family members and take them away. Now it remains to be seen how long Atul’s in-laws’ game of hide and seek with Bangalore Police will continue.
