In this case, Dinesh Mishra, the advocate of the deceased engineer Atul Subhash, said that the dispute between the husband and wife was heard in the family court. The court had ordered to give 40 thousand rupees per month for the maintenance of the son. Wife Nikita herself works in a company, so she was ordered not to be given alimony.
