Noida. Despite the rising pollution, there is no ban on celebratory fireworks in the city. Its ill-effects were seen during the baraat procession in the community center located in Sector-34 of Noida. The fireworks caused the groom’s carriage to catch fire.
The groom and the children riding on the carriage got down from there and secured themselves. The local RWA has written a letter to the DM demanding a ban on celebratory fireworks.

Dharmendra Sharma, president of B-3 Aravali Apartment located in Sector-34, said that a lot of celebratory fireworks took place during a baraat procession recently. Due to this, the canopy of the groom’s carriage caught fire. At the time of the incident, the groom and some children were on the carriage.
An affidavit is taken to not burst fireworks
Everyone got down from the carriage in a hurry. There were no casualties in the incident. The fire in the canopy of the carriage was extinguished on time. Dharmendra said that at the time of booking in the community center, an affidavit is taken for not doing fireworks. Even after this, people are not agreeing.
A lot of fireworks are being done in weddings
Now a letter has been written to the DM to completely ban the joyous fireworks. The fireworks being done during wedding functions is also becoming a reason for the increasing level of pollution in the city.
