An MBBS pass out student from Kanpur Medical College (GSVM Medical College) died after falling from the fourth floor under suspicious circumstances late on Wednesday night. Before this accident, the deceased had gone to party with her two friends. Her family is alleging that she was dragged from the fourth floor and killed.
Diksha Tiwari, a resident of Bareilly, did MBBS from Kanpur Medical College. She was a student of the 2018-2022 batch. The friends with whom she partied were her batchmates. The deceased had also got a posting in Meerut. On Wednesday night, after partying with her two friends Himanshu and Mayank in a restaurant, she reached the fourth floor of the auditorium building of the medical college. After that, she died after falling under suspicious circumstances. On receiving the information of this incident, the family members of the deceased doctor reached Kanpur from Bareilly in a hurry.
The father of the deceased doctor has alleged that his daughter was dragged and thrown down from the roof. She has been murdered. In this case, Joint Police Commissioner Harishchandra said that the lady doctor had gone to the fourth floor after partying. She had two friends with her. After that, she suddenly fell from the top. She died there. This incident happened around 1 o’clock late night. In this case, both her friends have been taken into custody and are being questioned. Action will be taken according to the application given by her family.
