Kannauj: The dead body of a 7-year-old innocent girl was found in a maize field in a suspicious condition in the village of Talagram police station in Kannauj district of Uttar Pradesh. The victim’s relatives alleged that after raping her, the body was brutally murdered and thrown in the maize field, about 3 days later the girl’s body was found in a mutilated condition. The relatives who reached the spot have accused her of murder after rape. The police have taken the body into custody and kept it in the mortuary. Please tell that the girl had gone missing from her cousin’s wedding ceremony on the night of May 4.
On May 4, the girl had gone to her cousin’s wedding ceremony along with her family members in a village under Talgram police station area of the district. During the wedding ceremony, a seven-year-old girl suddenly disappeared somewhere. When the procession reached the door, the relatives searched for the girl, but could not find anything about her. After the completion of the marriage ceremony, the relatives searched for her. When nothing was found about the girl, the relatives lodged a missing report with the police. Late Sunday evening, the girl’s body was found lying in a mutilated condition in a maize field outside the village.
Innocent went to elder sister’s wedding with sister
As soon as the information was received, SP Kunwar Anupam Singh along with the police force reached the spot. After investigation, the police got the body kept in the mortuary. The forensic team collected evidence from the spot. The uncle of the deceased girl told that the marriage procession of the elder brother’s daughter had come on May 4. Then the seven-year-old daughter of the fifth brother went missing. After much searching nothing could be found about him. His body was found lying in the maize field on Sunday. Told that the dead body was in a naked condition. Legs were broken. There were no eyes in the dead body and the mouth was filled with mud.
The relatives of the victim also alleged that for the last few days a young man has been calling continuously and taking information about the matter. In such a situation, we are doubting him more. We demand that he should be arrested and thoroughly investigated. The body was burnt with acid. The forensic team collected evidence from the spot. After investigation, the police got the body kept in the mortuary. The SP said that the matter is being investigated.
