Lucknow. The transfer of administrative officers is going on in Uttar Pradesh. On the completion of six months of the second term of the Yogi Adityanath government, four PCS officers along with four IAS have been transferred on Sunday.
IAS officer Pawan Kumar has been sent from Special Secretary Language Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh to Special Secretary Public Works Department. He also has the charge of Director, Uttar Pradesh Hindi Sansthan.
KGMU registrar changed
The state government has removed IAS officer Ashutosh Kumar Dwivedi from the post of registrar of King George’s Medical University (KGMU). Ashutosh Kumar Dwivedi has been sent to the post of Special Secretary, Public Works Department.
Dhirendra Singh Sachan, Special Secretary, Administrative Reforms Department, has been posted as Special Secretary, Medical, Health and Family Welfare Department. Ravindra Kumar-Second has been sent as Special Secretary, Food and Logistics Department, Additional Commissioner Food and Logistics as Special Secretary, Excise. No one has been appointed to his post so far.
Transfer of four PCS officers
The state government has also transferred four PCS officers along with them. Additional District Magistrate Finance and Revenue Etah Sunil Kumar Singh has been sent to the post of Special Secretary, Housing and Urban Planning Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh. Rekha S Chauhan, who held the post of Additional District Magistrate Finance and Revenue in Auraiya, has been posted as Registrar King George’s Medical University, Lucknow. Additional Director, Uttar Pradesh Academy of Government and Management Dr. Alka Verma has been transferred to the post of Special Secretary, Housing and Urban Planning Department. Abhishek Pathak, Deputy District Magistrate Siddharthnagar has been sent to the post of Principal Management Cooperative Sugar Mills Association/Corporation.
After the transfer of all the four PCS officers, no one has been posted on their post. Instructions have also been issued to all the officers to assume their charge soon i.e. on Monday.
