Bijnor. A month after the love marriage, the married woman died under suspicious circumstances. The family members have accused the husband, sister-in-law and mother-in-law of killing them by poisoning them with tea.
This is the case
Farzana, a resident of Mohalla Mirdagan of the city, had a love marriage on May 14 with Azhar, a resident of Mohalla Shekhan, Nahtaur. After marriage she was staying at her husband’s house. His condition worsened late on Monday evening. He was admitted to the district hospital, where he died late in the night during treatment. Farzana’s sister has accused her husband, sister-in-law and mother-in-law of murder by poisoning her tea. First the victim side reached the city Kotwali, but due to the matter being of Nahtaur, the police was informed there. Police has sent the body for post-mortem. A complaint has been lodged on behalf of the sister of the deceased at Nahtaur police station.
love affair started a year ago
Azhar, a resident of Nahtaur, used to work in a garage in Bijnor. He lived here in a rented house. Here he and Farzana were having a love affair for the past one year. Both also took vows to live and die together. Farzana and Azhar talked about getting married in their respective homes.
At first the family members expressed their displeasure, but after seeing their love affair, they agreed to get married. Both were married on 14 May.
Two farmers injured in car and bike collision
Bijnor. Two farmers were injured in a bike-car collision. 35-year-old Lalit Kumar son Balram and 32-year-old Pradeep Kumar son Mahesh, resident of village Morna, went to their fields by bike on Sunday evening. From there they were returning home after working at around ten thirty in the night. Both were riding on the same bike, as soon as they reached near village Morna bus stand on Nurpur-Dhampur road, they collided with a car coming from Dhampur side. Due to this, both the farmers riding the bike were injured. After the incident, the driver fled from the spot leaving the car.
