Varanasi. In the Gyanvapi Shringar Gauri case, a case has been filed in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Ravi Kumar Diwakar in the name of Lord Adi Vishweshwar Virajman. This case has been filed by Kiran Singh, International General Secretary of Vishwa Vedic Sanatan Sangh. During this, people filing suit on behalf of the Hindu side should also be involved. When the matter was heard after 2 o’clock in the afternoon, the Gyanvapi case civil judge transferred it to the fast track court. Civil Judge Ravi Diwakar has sent the new petition to the fast track court, which has been fixed for hearing on May 30. Now this case will be heard by Judge Mahendra Pandey.
On the other hand, in view of the ongoing hearing regarding the Gyanvapi case, security was tightened not only in the Gyanvapi campus and Kashi Vishwanath complex, but also in the court premises. With the security being tightened, special vigilance was being taken at the respective places along with keeping an eye on every visitor. In this regard, the police officers kept an eye on the security arrangements. On Wednesday, the movement of people was also less due to tight security arrangements from morning till noon.
In the petition of Kiran Singh, wife of Jitendra Singh Bisen of Vedic Sanatan Sangh, it has been demanded that the entry of Muslim side should be banned with immediate effect in the Gyanvapi campus. The entire complex of Gyanvapi should be handed over to the Hindus. Lord Adi Vishweshwara Swayambhu Jyotirlinga which has now appeared in front of everyone should be allowed to start worshiping them immediately. Accepting the application, the court fixed May 25 as the date for hearing the matter.
There is also the case of Dr. Vice Chancellor Tiwari related to the same case, which has been placed in the court of the District Judge along with the parties. In fact, former Mahant Vice Chancellor Tiwari has demanded to worship the Shivling found in Gyanvapi. The hearing of this matter is also going on. Whereas the demand raised by the Muslim side regarding the maintainability of the trial is to be heard in the afternoon on Thursday 26 May. At the same time, since morning, there has been a lot of hustle and bustle in the court regarding this matter.
