Now approval has also been received from the Home Department of the Government of Uttar Pradesh to register an FIR against Patidar.

Manilal Patidar has been found guilty of implicating dumper drivers in a fake case for demanding bribe from Amit Tiwari, the project manager of PP Pandey Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, a firm supplying construction materials in Bundelkhand Expressway. Apart from them, the then SO Kharela Raju Singh, Inspector Charkhari Rakesh Kumar Saroj and SI Bhupendra Pratap have also been found guilty by the Vigilance in the investigation. The government has recommended registration of FIR against all. Now investigation will be started after registering a case against all the accused.
