The mind of the rioters increased due to the negligence of the police
This whole incident is the result of police negligence. On January 26, the girl was molested by the gangsters. The police did not register any case in this case. The police was still investigating on the basis of Tahrir. Due to the non-action of the police, the mind of the accused increased. Sources say that the accused were pressurizing them to settle the given Tahrir. Due to lack of pressure, this incident was carried out. This incident is completely due to the negligence of the police officials.
The accused first threw cow dung and then thrashed him by throwing mud and cloth in his mouth. The matter of pressurizing for reconciliation has come to the fore in the already given application. A case has been registered against the accused and investigation is going on. Police negligence will also be investigated. – Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sonkar, Additional Superintendent of Police, Deoria.
