Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that today is a special day in history. Today is the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister of India, Chaudhary Charan Singh. Respectfully tribute. The country is celebrating Farmers Day in his memory. Today some people have made it a crime to talk about cow, talk about cow dung in the country. Cow can be a sin for some people, is a mother to us, is worshipped. Those who make fun of the cow forget that the livelihood of eight crore people is made by it. India produces milk worth about eight and a half lakh crores. This is much more than the production cost of wheat-rice. Therefore, strengthening the dairy sector of India is one of the top priorities of our government today. In this episode, the foundation stone of Banas Kashi Sankul has been laid here today.
The Prime Minister said that there was a time when the herds of cattle in the courtyard of the houses of our villages were the symbol of prosperity. Everyone calls it livestock. There was competition for pegs. It is said in the scriptures that cows should be around me and I should reside among cows. This sector has always been a very big medium of employment here, but this sector did not get support for a very long time. Today our government is changing this situation.
