New Delhi. The last Test match of the two-match series between India and New Zealand is starting from December 3 in Mumbai. In the exciting match played in Kanpur, the Indian team was one step away from victory. Team India’s regular captain Virat Kohli is making a comeback in this match. He was rested in the T20 series as well as the first Test. After joining the team, the new captain Rahul Dravid made him practice himself.
Captain Kohli has returned to the team for the Test match with the Kiwi team from December 3. Before the match, he practiced batting fiercely and sweated profusely in the nets. This video of captain Kohli has been posted by BCCI on Twitter handle. In this video it can be seen how he is working on his shots.
The special thing in the video that has been shared is that the new coach Dravid himself was seen throwing down Kohli while batting. Dravid started working on Kohli’s weaknesses as soon as he joined the team in the very first match. The coach himself coming to throw down in the nets is a sign that he has already done his homework.
The first match between India and New Zealand played in Kanpur ended in a draw. On the last day of the match, the visiting team had to score 284 runs to win. India had dropped New Zealand’s 9 wickets but the bowlers could not get the last wicket. The match remained away even after coming in the hands of India.
