Lucknow. After the paper of Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test 2021 was leaked on the internet media on Sunday, the state government and the government immediately swung into action. CM Yogi Adityanath has directed action under the Gangster Act against 26 people who were caught in this episode.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that we will not allow copying mafia to stay in the state. So far 26 people have been arrested in this case. Action will be taken against all of them under the Gangster Act. Along with this, illegal property of these people will also be confiscated. We will also get bulldozers run on all their illegal properties. Yogi Adityanath said that the government’s bulldozers will run at the homes of those who leak the TET paper. So far 26 people have been arrested in this case in the state. A case will be registered against all of them under the Gangster Act. He said in a stern tone that the perpetrators of this mischief will not be spared at any cost. TET exam has been postponed. Free bus service will be provided to the candidates to go to the examination centers again. The Chief Minister said that on our instructions, STS has started investigation into the paper leak case. Along with this, efforts are being made that no candidate should face any problem anywhere.
CM Yogi Adityanath said that the state government is standing with the candidates of UP TET. Now this exam will be conducted in a transparent manner within a month. No additional fee will be charged from any candidate for joining. Along with this, all the candidates appearing for the examination will also be given the facility of free travel in buses for commuting. Those who play with the future of our young sisters and brothers will not be spared at any cost. The people responsible for the inconvenience caused to you all will definitely be punished. Your government is determined to conduct the examination in a fair and transparent manner.
On the issue of paper leak, Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Minister Dr. Satish Dwivedi said that the paper leak of UP TET exam has been reported. For this reason, the examination of both the shifts is being canceled with immediate effect. Now again within a month the examination will be conducted without any fee from the candidates. Along with this, instructions have been given to get an FIR in this case and investigation is being handed over to the UP STF so that strict action can be taken against the culprits by identifying them.
ADG Law and Order Prashant Kumar said that we have so far arrested 26 people from different areas of the state in connection with the paper going viral on internet media. A photocopy of the exam paper has been received from them. These include the three main accused arrested from Shamli.
Signs of UP TET paper leak started coming from Saturday night itself

Paper photocopies and other items have been found with the 23 accused arrested. The names of the arrested accused will be revealed soon. This includes salwars from other states including Bihar. The examination of both the shifts has been cancelled, the re-examination will be conducted within a month. Candidates will not need to apply again, the candidates who were appearing in the examination today have been instructed to send them back free of cost by the buses of the Transport Department. Deepak Kumar said that the role of the examination agency will come to the fore in the investigation. Other decisions including its replacement will be taken. No one will be spared in this. The government wants to conduct the examination in a transparent manner, so a big decision has been taken to cancel the examination.
