Monday is an important day in Tikunia case. On the one hand, the Supreme Court will hear in this matter, while on the other hand, the bail application of three including the minister’s son will be heard in the District and Sessions Court. The dates have been received twice on this application. All eyes are on the hearing to be held on Monday. In the case of death of farmers in Tikunia case, the hearing on the bail application of the main accused minister son Ashish Mishra, co-accused Ashish Pandey, Lavkush Rana has been started on Monday.
The last hearing was adjourned on November 3. Due to the death of an advocate, there was a condolence motion of the Advocates Association. Due to this the hearing could not be held and the date was fixed as November 15. Earlier, on October 28, the bail was also deferred due to non-receipt of the case diary. The court has called from the investigator on Monday with all the documents including case diary, forensic investigation report, criminal record of the case. Advocates for both the sides are busy in its preparation. District Government Advocate Faujdari Arvind Tripathi told that the preparation for prosecution is complete.
The court will hear the bail application filed by the defense on Monday. He told that all the necessary documents are ready, which will be presented before the court. On the other hand, Kisan Morcha has also constituted a panel of lawyers. In this panel, Mr. Advocates like Khwaja, Harjit Singh, Surendra Kumar etc. This panel has also given a letter to the district government advocate to plead in this case. The defense has also made preparations for Monday’s hearing. On behalf of the defense, there will be a panel of different advocates of the three accused.
Forensic report of minister’s son Ashish’s mobile also came
The SIT has also got the forensic report of the mobile of Ashish Mishra, son of Union Minister Ajay Mishra Teni, the main accused in the Lakhimpur Kheri violence. All the data has been recovered from the lab. The Police Inquiry Committee is busy studying the report. The officers are avoiding telling about what data the police investigation committee has found in Ashish’s mobile. In the first case of Lakhimpur violence, the police had sent minister son Ashish Mishra to jail on 9 October. At that time his mobile was recovered from Ashish.
The mobile was sent to a lab in Trivandrum for forensic examination. So that it can be known whether any data has been deleted from the mobile or not. If the data is deleted then it can be recovered. After about a month, the forensic report has come from Ashish’s mobile lab. The report has been received by the inquiry committee. It is being told that the team is busy studying the report. But till now the officers are avoiding to tell what data they have got from Ashish’s mobile.
