Jhula Mela started in Ayodhya from 11th August. Due to Corona this time there is no such fanfare. But amidst the rapid construction of the grand Ram temple, Ramlala will be swung in a 21 kg silver swing in the Ram Janmabhoomi complex. Devotees will be able to see the Ramlala temple being built in Ayodhya from Ram Jharokha.
This is the first time that a special silver jhula has been made for Ramlala. Sharing a photo of the swing, Champat Rai, general secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, said that Ramlala will swing in this special swing till Raksha Bandhan. According to the traditions, Jhulan festival begins every year in Ayodhya on Shravan Shukla Tritiya. On this occasion, from all the major temples of Ayodhya, Vigrahas go to Mani Parvat in palanquins. There swings swing. Mani Parvat is the same place where Mother Sita used to come to swing. For this reason, a big festival is organized here every year on Shravan Shukla Tritiya.
