Aligarh: In the Datua Saidpur village of Pisawa police station area, the elderly, who were defecating in the early hours of Wednesday, were shot and killed due to a ground dispute. In this case, the police have registered a case against four people and started investigation. According to the deceased’s brother Kumarpal, Vijaypal, the third of his four brothers, was not married, due to which he used to live with them and do farming. Over the years, he was being sued by some people in the village over about 23 bighas of farmland. Due to this controversy, his father Mahendra Singh was also murdered 30 years ago. The court was ordered to keep the status quo on that land. At around five o’clock in the morning, Vijaypal went for a toilet by bicycle. About 200 meters away from the village, the attackers shot him in the head and back. He succumbed to the bullet and died on the spot. Some people who went for a walk informed their relatives and the police station. SO Pisawa Jitendra Singh Bhadoria reached May Force. After some time, CO Khair Shiv Pratap Singh also reached and collected information from the victim’s family by capturing the body. The SO said that a case has been registered against Virpal, his son Manoj, and Samadhi Laturi and son-in-law of the village on the basis of Tahrir of the nephew of the deceased.
