Dehradun . Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat awarded the Chief Minister Excellence and Good Governance Award 2019-20 to the officers doing commendable work in various fields in the Secretariat. The Chief Minister awarded 17 officers. 03 officers in the last category and 03 awards in group category were given.
Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat said that the objective of the Chief Minister Excellence and Good Governance Award is to encourage personnel doing good work. It is important to encourage those who do good work. Other people also take inspiration from this. This award is being given for the third consecutive year in the state. The officers who have been awarded today have made commendable efforts to contribute with new initiatives for the development of the state. 2019-20 Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Division Kot Bungalow, Uttarkashi Sandeep Kumar with the Chief Minister’s Excellence and Good Governance Award in the personal category. To control erosion and landslide, Principal State Inter College, Pattharpani Pithoragarh, Kostubha Chandra Joshi, New Kiran website construction work, Digital Lab work in school education and Deputy Collector Bhanoli, Almora to Jageshwar Festival, wide publicity Rewarded for commendable work in the field of growth of employment as a result of increase in tourists from the region.
Among the three awards given in the collective category were Secretary Transport Shailesh Bagoli along with Additional Transport Commissioner Sunita Singh, Deputy Transport Commissioner Sanat Kumar Singh, Divisional Transport Officer Dinesh Chandra Pathoi, Arvind Pandey and Chief Administrative Officer Naresh Sangal, Automated Driving Test, Driving New technique of skill testing, selection of skilled driver in just 15-20 minutes was given for the commendable work done in issuing driving license.
In the collective category, Chairman Uttarakhand Renewable Energy Development Agency, Ureda, along with Smt. Radhika Jha, Director Ureda Ka. Alok Shekhar Tiwari and Section Officer, Energy Section J.P. Makhuri to promulgate the Pirul policy to prevent changes in environmental balance from pine leaves in forest areas, women of self-help groups for the needs of Pirul-based power generation projects, forest Entrepreneurs were rewarded for commendable work in creating employment opportunities by selling to entrepreneurs by collecting aggregations by Panchayats and other local institutions.
District Collector Dehradun Dr. Ashish Kumar Srivastava along with Chief Development Officer Dehradun Smt. Nitika Khandelwal, Divisional Forest Officer Dehradun Rajeev Dhiman, Chief Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Rishikesh Narendra Singh Quariyal and Executive Engineer, Uttarakhand Drinking Water Corporation, Rishikesh, collected as a result of its faith by maintaining the spirituality of Ganga The inspiration to make the use of flowers to be made incense sticks and its 22 other by-products was given to the small and cottage industries for commendable work in the field of providing employment.
