Parliamentary traditions are followed
Asked by the opposition about the allegation of ignoring parliamentary traditions during the session, Kaushik said that each House has its own traditions. We have all the arrangements here as well and following the traditions, the supplementary budget was kept on the table only after paying tribute to the late MLA and four former MLAs in the House. It has not been discussed. He said that such politics does not suit the Congress at all.
Congress has the right to say no
When asked, Kaushik said that Congress has no right to say anything on the issue of unemployment. He said that the government has made a lot of efforts to remove unemployment. He said that if the Congress raises this issue, then it will present figures of providing employment during the tenure of the Congress and the tenure of the current government in the House.
Congress is tricking farmers
Kaushik said that if there is no issue with the Congress, then she is tricking the farmers about the agricultural laws. In the past, the Congress had promised that it would bring the agricultural bills when it came to power. Now that the BJP government at the Center has brought them, then they are protesting. He said that Congress is giving air to such politics which is not in the interest of farmers.
