Patna . There has been speculation about cabinet expansion ever since the formation of the nearly one-month-old NDA government led by JDU president Nitish Kumar. Meanwhile, the opposition is also targeting the ruling party over this. The state’s political mercury is also hot due to cabinet expansion. However, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has put the ball in the court of the ally BJP.
The Chief Minister told reporters that no such proposal has come from the BJP. There is no talk to the BJP about this matter yet.
The politics of Bihar has become hot since Nitish’s statement. RJD targeted JDU and BJP for this statement of Chief Minister, while BJP state president Sanjay Jaiswal is denying any dispute in NDA.
RJD leader Vijay Prakash said that, “BJP is trying to surround Nitish Kumar from all sides. He said that BJP is plotting against Nitish Kumar’s party and will leave JDU from 43 seats to 13 seats.”
He said, “There is still time to do the politics of the country by tilting Nitish Kumar Tejashwi’s rule.”
On the expansion of the cabinet in Bihar, State BJP President MP Dr. Sanjay Jaiswal has clarified that there is no dispute on this issue in the NDA. The cabinet will expand when the time comes.
Regarding the controversy of cabinet expansion, the BJP state president said, “There is no dispute about cabinet expansion. All the constituents of NDA, JDU, BJP, HAM and VIP have an opinion.”
The state president said that the organizational program of the BJP is still going on.
It is worth mentioning that along with Nitish Kumar taking oath as Chief Minister, 6 JDU (including Chief Minister), 7 Deputy Chief Ministers including BJP and 7 and 1-1 leaders of VIP were sworn in as Ministers. Since then, there has been speculation about cabinet expansion continuously.
