Tejashwi Yadav, senior RJD leader and son of Lalu Prasad Yadav arrived to address the election meeting in Aurangabad. Meanwhile, a differently-abled youth threw slippers at him in the crowd. Slippers fell directly into the lap, touching his hand. There was an uproar in the gathering after the incident.
Divyang sitting on a tricycle threw slippers from under the stage
It is said that Tejashwi Yadav reached Bhabandih in Kutumba on Tuesday to address the election meeting. At the same time, a Divyang youth threw two slippers from the crowd below the stage on the leader of opposition Tejashwi Yadav. One slipper fell behind him, while the other slippers fell on his lap touching his hand. After throwing the slippers, the chaos raged on the stage for some time. The Divyang who threw the slippers was sitting on his tricycle in the assembly. He was also shouting slogans in protest after throwing slippers. Tejashwi appealed to the party leaders and workers not to misbehave in any way, seeing the Divyang. After the incident, Tejashwi Yadav also spoke to Divyang. However, Divyang was expelled from the gathering by the police forces.
Slippers thrown at the behest of NDA, increase security
