Patna. The Election Commission has announced the dates of Bihar assembly elections. Votes will be cast in three phases from 28 October to 7 November. But till now the situation has not been cleared mainly on seat sharing in the two rival alliances. The Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLSP), the main constituent of the opposition alliance’s Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leadership, has raised questions on the leadership of Tejashwi Yadav, while the JDU and LJP have many issues in the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) too. Are face to face with
The situation has changed in this election since the last election. Changing coalitions of many parties has changed its ‘Nizam’. RLSP chief Upendra Kushwaha, who is part of the grand alliance, has questioned the leadership of Tejashwi Yadav, RJD leader and RJD president Lalu Prasad.
The RLSP called a party meeting on Thursday in which it was clearly stated that due to the unilateral decision of the RJD in the Grand Alliance, there is a difference of opinion on the leadership of the parties involved in the Grand Alliance. There is still uncertainty regarding seat sharing in the meeting.
Former Union Minister Kushwaha questioned Tejashwi’s leadership in the meeting and said that it is not easy to stop Chief Minister Nitish Kumar under such leadership. He said that the face right now does not stand anywhere in front of Nitish Kumar.
Here, due to lack of seat-sharing in the Grand Alliance, the Vikas Insan Party is said to be angry. By the way, efforts are underway for the Left parties to join the Grand Alliance.
Here, no RJD leader is speaking openly when Upendra Kushwaha questioned Tejashwi’s leadership. Although a RJD leader said on the condition of not publishing the name that if someone has to go somewhere, it cannot be stopped, but overall the dispute is about the seat share.
Here, in the NDA, the matter is still hanging in the balance regarding the partition. Differences have been going on between the JD (U) and the JDU, the main constituent of the NDA, the Lok Janshakti Party. LJP chief Chirag Paswan has been publicly questioning the actions of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, leading JDU leaders to target LJP.
Meanwhile, the LJP kept distance from the NDA by asking to prepare for 143 seats. NDA sources say that on Thursday, the BJP has given messages to give LJP 25 seats. It is noteworthy that LJP has already made it clear that their alliance is with BJP.
Here, JDU leader and Bihar minister Jai Kumar Singh says that there is no confusion about the alliance. The alliance is unbreakable. He claimed that the seat would be divided within two to three days.
Here, BJP spokesperson Nikhil Anand says that BJP is a party with workers. The BJP will follow all the orders of the Election Commission. He said that BJP workers will only work to win the BJP candidate, where there will be no BJP candidates, the constituents will work to win the candidate of the party.
It is noteworthy that in the assembly elections held in 2015, the NDA included BJP, LJP, RLSP and Hindustani Awam Morcha, while JDU, RJD and Congress were included in the grand alliance.
In the last election, BJP got 53 seats, LJP 2, RLSP 2 and Hindustani Awam Morcha (Hum) 1. In the Grand Alliance, 71 JDU candidates won, while RJD won 80 and Congress 27 seats.
