Lucknow. Yogi Adityanath Sarkar of Uttar Pradesh has completed the preparation for the JEE Mains exam starting today (September 1). In this era of corona virus infection, the National Testing Agency is conducting the JEE Mains Examination. They are getting full support of Uttar Pradesh government in organizing this six-day examination. There is complete arrangement of Kovid protocol in every center of the state. The district administration in other metropolises along with the capital Lucknow is ready to conduct the examination.
The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) is the Common Entrance Test for Main 2020 Engineering. It will take place from September 1 to 6 across the country. The entrance test under the computer-based test will be held in two shifts from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and 3pm to 6pm. Examiners must wear masks. Under Kovid-19, candidates will be allowed to carry sanitizer and water bottles inside the center. Candidates at the center will be given a mask from the center. Candidates wearing masks will be able to enter the center to take the exam. There are 21 centers in the state.
Five thousand candidates will be included in Lucknow
The Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Mains to be held for admission in prestigious engineering institutes including IITs, Triple IT across the country is on Tuesday. According to the information, about five thousand candidates will be involved in the examination in the capital Lucknow. The exam will be online. A total of four centers have been set up in the capital for the examination including ION Zone Bijnor Road Omaxe City, Azad Technical Campus, Azad Puram Bangla Bazar near CRPF Camp Bijnor, ION Digital Zone Tiwaripur, CSIR CDRI Jankipuram Extension. On the first day there will be a BIRC exam. The examination is to be held in two shifts.
4108 registered in Meerut
The JEE Mains Examination will comprise 4108 students from Meerut. All these have been registered. In this regard, two examination centers have been set up in Meerut. One exam center is IIMT Ganganagar and the other will be exam in FIT Mawana Road. Students must comply with the physical distance, sanitizer and mask rules related to the corona epidemic. With this, one must reach the examination center one hour before. Entry will be given only after examination of all students at the examination centers. Both centers have been sanitized. All testers will wear masks and remain at the center.
Six centers in Gorakhpur
Six centers have been set up in Gorakhpur for JEE Mains examination. Nodal officer SP Crime said that the exam will be held in two shifts from September 1 to 6. There will be 300 students in a shift. All centers are in contact with the main thoroughfare. All arrangements have been completed to ensure Kovid-19 protocol is followed at the centers.
25 thousand students to take exam at six exam centers in Kanpur
In Kanpur, 25 thousand students will take the JEE Mains exam at six centers. Tata Consultancy Services has set up two digital centers at TCS Hathipur, two at Panki, one at Keshavapuram and a digital examination center at RCRD Chakarpur for this exam to be held from September 1-6. The entrance test under the computer-based test will be held in two shifts from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and 3pm to 6pm. This time, due to the Kovid-19 protocol, this time there will be 12 phases examination, while last year there were eight phases.
Four examination centers in Agra
8220 students will take the JEE Mains exam at four centers in Tajnagri Agra. TCS Digital Zone (Kuberpur) RKGM (Industrial Area, Sikandra), TCS Digital Zone (Opposite Kamayani Hospital) and TCS Digital Zone (Tehra) Centers have been set up for this examination to be held from September 1-6. This time, due to the Kovid-19 protocol, this time there will be 12 phases examination, while last year there were eight phases. Due to corona, only 50 percent candidates have been placed at each center. Here after examining both the lanes, every room, furniture will be sanitized.
1800 candidates at Bareilly one center
An examination center for JEE Mains has been set up in Bareilly. The Siddhi Vinayak Institute on Nainital Road, 12 km away from the city, will have 300 students every day for this exam to be held from September 1 to 6. The entrance examination will be held in two shifts from 9:30 AM to 12PM and 3PM to 6PM. Constraints such as sanitizer, mask will remain in force due to Kovid-19.
A center in Aligarh
JIT has an online entrance exam in Aligarh’s ITM. There will be 167 students in the morning shift and 142 in the second shift. A total of 309 students will appear in the exam.
138 candidates in Moradabad division
In Moradabad division, only Moradabad exam will be held at Moradabad Institute of Technology (MIT). There are 138 candidates registered for taking the exam. Sanitizer tunnel has been installed in the college for sanitization. All will pass through this. After the completion of one shift examination, the entire center will be sanitized. After that there will be second shift examination.
A center in Aligarh
ITM in Aligarh has JEE online entrance exam on Monday. According to ATM City Rakesh Malpani, 250 candidates will participate.
Examination at nine centers in Prayagraj
Nine examination centers have been set up in Prayagraj for JEE Mains 2020. The exam is to be conducted by September 6 and around two hundred candidates will appear in different shifts per center. It is estimated that about 16 to 18 thousand candidates will appear in the examination here. The first innings will run from nine to 12 o’clock while the second shift will be from three to six in the afternoon. Candidates have been asked for an hour before reporting at the examination center. The guardian will remain 150 meters away. The candidate’s temperature will be checked at the examination center. In addition, he will be provided with a three-layer mask. Sitting arrangement has been made keeping in mind the physical distancing under Kovid-19 standard.
Total 20 centers in Varanasi district
A total of 20 centers have been set up in Varanasi district for NEET examination. All are built out of town from the center. Special security arrangements have been made at these centers in view of Kovid-19. The center operator has been asked to sanitize and follow the physical distance.
