Hyderabad: Former Indian cricketer and currently commentator Harbhajan has started a new chapter with his wife and Geeta Basra. He has launched his own production house. Geeta Basra shared some pictures on social media to announce this and also promised to announce the first film soon.

Former Indian cricketer and politician Harbhajan along with his wife and former actress Geeta Basra has launched a new production venture, Purple Rose Entertainment. The couple has started their career as producers. Geeta shared several pictures on her Instagram with Harbhajan announcing the production house. She posed with a clapboard, which revealed the muhurat event of their production venture. The couple also showed the logo of Purple Rose Entertainment.
Will announce the first film soon
Along with the pictures, Geeta wrote the caption, ‘Big smile, big dreams … and a new title for me’. She further said that her production banner has already bagged its first project. That is, the couple will soon announce the first film under the banner of their production house. She further said, ‘Harbhajan and I have officially rolled the cameras for our first project under ‘Purple Rose Entertainment’ and I am extremely excited to step into the world of production as a producer. New ideas, new energy and a lot of heart are coming to you very soon’.
She said in the post, ‘Keep your eyes open, the ride is just beginning and it already looks like pure magic. I am eagerly waiting to announce whatever happens next, stay tuned’.
Harbhajan Singh and Geeta Basra started dating in London. The former cricketer was very impressed with a music video of Geeta’s film ‘The Train’. The couple dated each other for eight years and tied the knot on October 29, 2015 in Jalandhar, Punjab. They welcomed their first child as a daughter Hinaya Heer Plaha on July 27, 2016 and their second child as a son Jovan Veer Singh Plaha on July 10, 2021.
