Lucknow . The chief medical officer (CMO) here has lost his position after he could not control the growing corona infection in Uttar Pradesh capital Lucknow. Dr. Narendra Aggarwal, who was posted as the CMO of Lucknow for a long time, has been removed from the post. Dr. Rajendra Singh has been posted as the Chief Medical Officer of Lucknow. Dr. Rajendra Singh was posted as CMS at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital (Mahanagar) in Lucknow. Dr. Narendra Agarwal, who was removed from the post of CMO of Lucknow, has been sent to Lokbandhu Hospital.
Dr. Narendra Aggarwal has been removed from here and sent to the post of Senior Consultant in Rajnarayan Lokbandhu Joint Hospital, Lucknow.
Dr. Narendra Agarwal was not getting active even after the continuous and rapid increase of the corona virus infection in Lucknow. During the Corona period, due to negligence, the CMOs had to be removed.
On Saturday, the State Government has appointed Director of Health Services, Dr. Madhu Saxena in the Directorate General of Health, as Director of Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee (Civil) Hospital.
Director of Civil Hospital, Dr. DS Negi is now the Director General Health and Medicine of the state. With this, Dr. Jyotsna Upadhyay Pant, Chief Superintendent in the District Hospital in Moradabad, has been posted as Director Health Services in Lucknow.
