A heartbreaking incident has come to light in Agra, Uttar Pradesh where a retired soldier shot a dog just because the dog was barking at him. The street dog got shot in the leg. After which it ran away from there in an injured condition. CCTV footage of this incident has also surfaced in which the soldier is seen walking in the street with a gun.
According to the information, this entire matter is of Tora Chowki in Tajganj area of Agra. A complaint has been lodged in the police station against retired soldier Hotam Singh living there. The police is currently investigating the matter. CCTV footage of this incident has also surfaced. Hotam Singh has a licensed gun. When the street dog barked at him, he brought the licensed gun from his house.
He brought the gun, loaded it and walked a few steps behind the dog. When the dog stood at one place for a while, he aimed at the dog and shot it. The dog got shot in the leg, after which it ran away from there screaming. The retired soldier is also seen going to his home.
NGO members reached after hearing the news
On hearing the news of the street dog being shot, members of The Caring Heart Society NGO Devendra Kumar Sharma, Anirudh Thakur reached and arranged for the treatment of the dog. After this act of the retired soldier, there is a sensation in the entire area. Local people told that retired soldier Hotam Singh has carried out such incidents before as well. NGO members have filed a complaint against Hotam Singh in the police station Tajganj. CCTV footage of the incident has also surfaced.
