Prayagraj. The Yogi government, committed to make Maha Kumbh 2025 the biggest event of Sanatan Dharma, is ready to deal with every emergency. In the world’s largest cultural event, a complete safe plan has been prepared for the bathing of 45 crore people in Sangam under every situation. For this, the SDRF and NDRF teams are working together with PAC. In which a strategy is being made for the safety of each devotee. Here PAC, NDRF, SDRF personnel will be deployed 24 hours a day on a boat with 700 flags. A plan has been made to safely evacuate the devotees bathing in Sangam through Maujgiri.
The most important thing is that all the dilapidated boats will be removed from Sangam Nose to Kilaghat. In this sequence, remote light buoys have been deployed on a large scale for the safety of devotees coming from the country and abroad, which are capable of reaching anywhere in the blink of an eye and are capable of taking the person to a safe place before any untoward incident.
Security of each devotee monitored
On the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, preparations are going on day and night to make Maha Kumbh the biggest cultural event on earth. In view of this, on the instructions of CM Yogi Adityanath, Inspector General of Police in-charge, Eastern Zone, Prayagraj Dr. Rajiv Narayan Mishra and Commandant SDRF Satish Kumar reached Sangam Nose and VIP Ghat. He instructed the soldiers to keep the security arrangements tight. He told that on the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the security of each devotee will be monitored. Along with this, the soldiers of PAC, SDRF and NDRF team are being trained with every modern technology. He told that state-of-the-art life jackets, 04 new floating jetties and rescue tubes have been ordered for the soldiers, so that our soldiers will be able to deal with any adverse situation.
Deployment of special force at Kila Ghat with VIP movement
Special security arrangements have been made at Kila Ghat with VIP movement. Special force is being deployed here, so that not a single devotee coming from the country and abroad faces any kind of problem. Not only this, special arrangements are being made for tight security from Saraswati Ghat to Sangam Ghat. Deep barricading is being done here. Apart from this, the work of putting nets all around the ghat has reached its final stage.
Rehearsal to deal with adverse situations
With the aim of ensuring safe and smooth completion of Maha Kumbh, flood relief teams of 4th Corps and 42nd Corps PAC also inspected the geographical location of Sangam Ghat and various bathing ghats being developed. Along with this, rehearsals were also done to deal with any adverse situation. Inspector General of Police in charge, Eastern Zone, Prayagraj, Dr. Rajiv Narayan Mishra instructed the soldiers to remain alert and discharge their responsibilities. Dalnayak Flood Relief Team 4th Corps PAC Ravindra Prasad, Dalnayak 42nd Corps Mithilesh Rai also told the team of soldiers the ways to remain alert in the safety of the devotees.
07 Special Company PAC deployed
Dr Rajiv Narayan Mishra informed that 07 companies of PAC have been deployed for the security of devotees coming from India and abroad in Maha Kumbh, under which one company has been deployed in GRP and one company in Commissionerate. Apart from this, five companies have been deployed in the fair. Out of which two companies are deployed in flood relief team. All skilled swimmers have been deployed in this relief team, who are capable of dealing with any adverse situation.
Security personnel are being trained in communication
The soldiers deployed in the security system for Maha Kumbh are being trained in communication. They are being taught how the soldiers deployed from one boat to another will communicate with each other. Apart from this, the soldiers rehearsed what immediate arrangements are to be made to save someone in case the boat capsizes or if something untoward happens to him. Also, by doing patrolling, they demonstrated their skills in front of Inspector General of Police in-charge, Eastern Zone, Prayagraj, Dr. Rajiv Narayan Mishra and Commandant SDRF Satish Kumar.
