India had won all the titles so far
The Blind T20 World Cup tournament started in the year 2012, after that the Indian team won the World Cup title in 2017 and then again in 2022. After scoring a title hat-trick in the Blind T20 World Cup, India could not participate in the tournament this time. Since the Blind T20 World Cup was organized in Pakistan, in the meantime, due to the controversy over the Champions Trophy 2025, the Indian government refused to send its blind team across the border.
Let us remind you that Pakistan has reached the final of the Blind T20 World Cup twice so far. In the 2012 and 2017 editions, it lost to India by 29 runs and 9 wickets respectively. Now in 2024, the Pak team has finally succeeded in winning the first title, ending the trend of defeat.
