Once again, a major administrative reshuffle has been done in Uttar Pradesh. The state government has transferred 13 IPS officers late night, including ADG, IG and DIG level officers. All the officers have been instructed to go to the new posting with immediate effect. Under this reshuffle, GSO of Additional Director General of Police Dr N Ravindra has been given a new posting in the Anti-Corruption Organization.
On Sunday night, the list of transfer of IPS officers has been released by the UP government. Under this, Home Secretary ADG Dr Sanjeev Gupta has been given the additional charge of ADG Establishment as well as GSO of Director General of Police. Similarly, IG Meerut Nachiketa Jha has been transferred to Lucknow and made Secretary Home. IPS RK Bhardwaj has been transferred from IG Basti to Inspector General of Police Bhawan Kalyan and Joint Commissioner of Police Crime Akash Kulhari has been transferred to IG Public Grievances. IG Public Grievance Amit Pathak has been made IG Devipatan Zone Gonda, Amarendra Prasad Singh has been made Deputy Inspector General of Police Intelligence from IG Devipatan, Dinesh Kumar P has been transferred from Ghaziabad to Basti and has been made DIG Basti. Additional Police Commissioner Gautam Budh Nagar Bablu Kumar has been given the responsibility of Joint Police Commissioner Crime and Headquarters. IPS Keshav Kumar Chaudhary has been sent to DIG Jhansi.
DIG Intelligence Sanjeev Tyagi has been made Additional Police Commissioner Agra, DIG Jhansi Kalanidhi Naithani has been made DIG Meerut Zone and Commander 32nd Battalion PAC Ajay Kumar and In-charge Additional Police Commissioner Gautam Budh Nagar. All these officers have been instructed to immediately take charge of their new posting.
