Hyderabad: South superstar Dhanush has filed a case against Nayanthara and her husband Vignesh Sivan in a copyright case. Dhanush has accused Nayanthara of using visuals from his film in the documentary ‘Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairytale’ without permission. The actor has filed a petition in the Madras High Court against Nayanthara and Vignesh Sivan.
Dhanush’s film production company Wunderbar Films Pvt Ltd has gone to court against Nayanthara and Vignesh’s company Rowdy Pictures Pvt Ltd. Dhanush’s company has also filed an application in the Madras High Court, in which the actor has also sought permission to run a case against Los Gatos Production Services India LLP. Let us tell you, films and series are streamed on Netflix in India through Los Gatos Production Services India LLP. At the same time, Nayanthara’s controversial documentary is also streaming on Netflix since November 18.
Dhanush has appealed against Mumbai based company Los Gatos Production Services India LLP to use clause 12 of the Letters Patent. The court has given its approval after hearing the arguments of both the parties. Now Nayanthara will have to answer this in the next hearing.

Actually, the film Naanum Rowdy Dhaan has been produced by Dhanush. Nayanthara has used some scenes of this film in her series without permission (although the actress has claimed that she waited for two years for permission). After this, the matter has become completely heated.
