Allahabad High Court has canceled the adjustment of basic teachers in UP. The Lucknow bench of the High Court has given this order. The court said that all the activities of the adjustment process should be stopped and the mistakes should be rectified. The court has considered the rule applicable in the adjustment process of the Basic Education Department as a violation of Articles 14 and 16. About 80 percent of the schools in the state were being directly affected. A large number of education was affected due to the adjustment process.
The High Court has termed the department’s ‘Last Come First Out’ transfer policy as arbitrary. The government order of June 26, 2024 and the circular of the Basic Education Department of June 28, 2024 have been termed as discriminatory for junior teachers.
Students will take out a candle march in Nehru Vihar
On the other hand, students will take out a candle march in Nehru Vihar, Delhi on November 8 in protest against the decision of the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission regarding UPPCS-2024 and RO-ARO recruitment. Students are protesting against the decision of normalization and examination in more than one shift. Azad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram) chief Chandrashekhar Azad has questioned the government.
Chandrashekhar Azad said, the decision of the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission to conduct the Combined State/Senior Subordinate Service (Preliminary) Examination 2024 and Review Officer/Assistant Review Officer (Preliminary) Examination-2023 in two days, which was postponed twice earlier due to government failures, is going to make the candidates suffering from unemployment doubly expensive and put them in double trouble.
He said that this decision is going to cause more problems for the female candidates. On top of that, the “worship is worse” that these examinations are not being conducted in all 75 districts but are being conducted in only 41 districts. My question is Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ji, why should the youth of Uttar Pradesh suffer the punishment for government failures?
