The teenager had confessed before the magistrate that a disgusting act had been done with her. A case has also been registered against the teenager’s aunt. Earlier, Nawab Singh Yadav was arrested on charges of attempting to rape the teenager. The accused is also the manager of Chaudhary Chandan Singh Mahavidyalaya in Kannauj Kotwali area. The teenager herself called the police on the spot. The police caught the accused red-handed. Since then there has been an uproar in the case.

According to SP, UP Police had registered a case on the basis of the complaint of the victim’s mother. The statement of the minor girl was taken after getting her medical done. Now former MP Subrat Pathak has also attacked SP regarding the matter. He has demanded that Samajwadi Party should clear its stand regarding the rape case.
