The police has made a sensational revelation of the triple murder in a land dispute that took place last Friday in Kaushambi district of Uttar Pradesh. Police said that the mastermind of this incident is PAC jawan Suresh Singh, a resident of the village. It was he who planned the triple murder. In this case, the police have so far arrested 8 named accused and three accused are absconding. He will also be arrested soon.
Let us tell you, in a land dispute, the accused had shot dead the father, his pregnant daughter and son-in-law. After this, the angry villagers set fire to many houses and vehicles of the accused. ADG said that action will be taken against the accused under NSA. There was a dispute regarding the valuable land lease of Horilal of Mohidinpur Gaus village of Sandipan Ghat police station area.
Police arrested 8 accused in triple murder case
On September 15, Horilal, his pregnant daughter Brijkali and son-in-law Shiv Sharan were shot dead in a land dispute. Angered by the murder, the villagers set fire to many houses and vehicles of the accused. Subhash, son of deceased Horilal, had filed a registered complaint against the accused. SP had deployed 8 teams to catch the accused.
After this the police succeeded in arresting 8 accused. In which Guddu Yadav, Amar Singh, Amit Singh, Arvind Singh, Anuj Singh, Rajendra Singh, Suresh Singh M Ajit Singh. Three more names have emerged in the police investigation. In which the names of Jai Karan Yadav, Anoop Singh, Tirath Nishad are there. All three are absconding. Police have recovered one 315 bore rifle and two 215 bore pistols and live cartridges from the accused.
Many weapons and live cartridges were recovered from the accused.
Superintendent of Police Brijesh Kumar Srivastava said that on September 15, at 5.30 am, information was received that three people of the same family were shot dead in village Mohiuddinpur Gaus in Sandipan Ghat area. In this case, 8 accused have been arrested and the search for three is going on, they will also be arrested soon.
