In Uttar Pradesh’s Auraiya district, three people died after the wall of a kutcha house collapsed. The dead belong to the same family. Parents along with a child have lost their lives. At the same time, three more children who were injured in the incident are undergoing treatment in the hospital.
In fact, 45-year-old Indraveer lived with his wife, 40-year-old Shakuntala, and four children, 14-year-old Akash, 13-year-old Vikas, 10-year-old Anurag and 6-year-old Anshu in Gopiapur of Kudarkot police station area. They did not have a permanent house, so everyone lived in a kutcha house.
Indraveer was sleeping with his family on Friday-Saturday night. Meanwhile, the raw wall of the house overflowed and fell on the whole family. Indraveer, wife and all the four children got hit by the wall and got injured. After the incident, people living near Indraveer immediately informed the police about the incident and called an ambulance.
After this, the injured were immediately brought to the Community Health Center, Bidhuna. After checking here, the doctors declared Indraveer, his wife and 13-year-old son Vikas dead. After this, the remaining two children were referred to Saifai RIMS for better treatment and 6-year-old Anshu is being treated in Vidhuna itself.
Didn’t have a permanent house, used to live with thatch
According to the villagers, Indraveer did not have a pucca house. At the same time, the kutcha house was also dilapidated. The whole family used to stay in the procession house built in the village during the day and come to the kutcha house to sleep at night. He had put thatch on the raw house.
The house was going to be built by the government
At the same time, the villagers also told that Indraveer’s name had come in the list of houses to be built by the government. At present, he did not get money to build a house. This accident happened before that and three people died. At the same time, the injured were referred to Saifai.
Why will not get the investigation done
On the other hand, on getting information about the incident, District Officer Auraiya PC Srivastava and Superintendent of Police reached the spot. The District Officer met the injured victim Anshu aged 6 years at the Community Health Center and inquired about his condition. He also talked about financial assistance to the family. At the same time, DM PC Srivastava has said to investigate the matter.
