Mathura. A heart-wrenching incident has come to the fore in Mathura district. A young man killed a girl because her friendship was rejected by the girl. The matter is of Nagla Bohra village of Highway police station area. On Sunday evening, the boy stabbed a girl to death and seriously injured the girl’s mother. It is being told that the boy had requested the girl to become friends on Facebook. When the girl refused it, the boy got angry and killed the girl and also injured the girl’s lady who went to save her.
The police gave information about the matter on Monday. Police station in-charge Inspector Ajay Kaushal said that on the complaint of the father of the deceased, a case of murder and attempt to murder has been registered against the accused. According to the complaint, the youth had requested the girl to become friends on Facebook, which the girl did not agree to. Superintendent of Police (City) Martand Prakash Singh said that retired soldier Tejveer Singh, resident of village Nagla Bohra under Highway police station area, is a security personnel in a factory in Faridabad. He was not at home late Sunday evening. In the evening, Ravi, a boy from Kukda village in Mandi area of Muzaffarnagar police station, reached his house with a wedding card.
The boy had hidden the knife inside the wedding card. As soon as Tejveer Singh’s 16-year-old daughter came into the room, the accused attacked her several times with a knife brought under the card. The daughter started screaming loudly and fell there. Hearing the screams of the daughter, her mother Sunita reached the room. The girl’s mother was also attacked by Ravi with a knife which hit her on the shoulder and waist. Not only this, he himself tried to commit suicide with a knife and attacked himself. Deputy Superintendent of Police Dharmendra Chauhan said that the girl died on the spot. His mother has been admitted to the city hospital. The condition of the woman is said to be critical. At the same time, accused Ravi is also undergoing treatment at the district hospital.
