Lucknow. On input from Uttar Pradesh ATS, Tamil Nadu Police has nabbed one who threatened to blow up six Rashtriya Swayamsevak (RSS) offices across the country, including two in Uttar Pradesh. Tamil Nadu Police has arrested a youth named Raj Mohammed. It was he who threatened to blow up RSS offices at four places in Karnataka along with Lucknow and Unnao in Uttar Pradesh.
Uttar Pradesh ATS is now preparing to bring Raj Mohammed from Tamil Nadu. Along with Lucknow, there were threats to blow up the office of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh across the country. After this threat received on WhatsApp group, a case was registered in Madianv Kotwali of Lucknow. In this case, along with the police of Lucknow, other agencies also got involved in the investigation. Uttar Pradesh ATS found the location of the threatening person in Tamil Nadu, then a message and input was sent to the police there. Raj Mohammed has been apprehended from Pudukkudi, Tamil Nadu.
It is worth noting that on Monday night, the office of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh in Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow and Unnao as well as four offices in other states of the country received a bomb threat. Threat received on WhatsApp group. After receiving the threat, a case was registered at Madianv Kotwali, Lucknow. A WhatsApp threat named Al Ansari Imam Razi Un Mehndi has been made in Kannada, Hindi and English languages. RSS worker Aliganj resident Professor Neelkanth Pujari joined the group named Al Imam Ansar Razi Un Mehndi through invite link.
After that he got this message. After joining this group, he saw that discussions were being held on how to blow up RSS offices. After which he informed the officer of Awadh province. Taking cognizance of the matter, the officer of Awadh province informed the top officials of the RSS, after which the information about the whole matter was shared with the top police officers. The professor lodged an FIR at Madianv Kotwali.
Lucknow Police swung into action after receiving information about the threat to blow up the RSS office and conducted an investigation at Saraswati Vidya Mandir in Aliganj Sector Q, Lucknow. Police is taking the help of Cyber Crime Cell and Crime Branch to trace the sender of the message. Inspector says that no organization has been threatened. The number from which the message came is being traced. Higher officials and security agencies have also been informed about this. No untoward incident occurred at the time given in the threat. In such a situation, there is a possibility that some mischievous element has harassed by sending a message. Further action will be taken after investigation.
