Lucknow. Shruti Sharma of Uttar Pradesh has proudly topped the Civil Services Examination of Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) in 2021. The result of Civil Services Examination 2021 was declared on Monday. In the first three places are girls. This time a total of 685 candidates have cleared the exam.
The final results of the Civil Services Examination 2021 conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) have been announced today. Shruti Sharma of Bijpour, Uttar Pradesh has secured first position in this examination. Shruti has completed her studies in Delhi. She is a student of history. Shruti was coaching from RCA in Jamia for two years. Shruti Sharma (Roll No. 0803237) said that she was confident of getting success in the Civil Services Examination this time, but it was a surprise for her to get the first position from the selected declared candidates. Shruti Sharma’s dream is to become an IAS. She wants to join the Indian Administrative Service. Shruti Sharma, who stood first in the Civil Services Examination 2021, has studied at St Stephen’s College, Delhi University and Jawaharlal Nehru University. Thereafter, Shruti Sharma prepared for the Civil Services Examination from Jamia Millia Islamia Residential Coaching Academy.
Sultanpur’s Ariba Noman’s 121st rank: Sultanpur’s daughter Ariba Noman was selected in Civil Services with 109th rank. Her father Noman Ahmed is an administrative officer in National Insurance Company while mother Rukhsana is a Nikhat housewife. Sister Tuba Noman is pursuing her education in Lucknow.
Ariba Noman, a resident of Hanif Nagar Piare Patti Road Sultanpur, was educated up to high school at Stella Maris Convent in the city, while she did her Intermediate from Indian Public School, New Delhi and B.Tech from Delhi University. Ariba Noman told that she got the inspiration to go to the administrative area from her maternal uncle Gufran Ahmed Saifi, who is also a famous social worker of the district and also the assembly constituency president of the Samajwadi Party.
Uttam Bhardwaj of Moradabad selected in IAS, 121st rank: Uttam Bhardwaj, resident of power house colony of Majhola, Moradabad has been selected for IAS. Uttam Bhardwaj, son of Naveen Kumar Sharma, executive engineer (transmission) in the electricity department, has got 121 rank (general). He got this success for the second time. Earlier in 2019 also he has given civil services examination.
Uttam has already given the civil services exam in 2019. For the first time in 2019, the Aptitude Test was not successful due to low marks of .14. But he continued his studies to achieve his goal and got success by appearing in the examination in 2021. Uttam Bhardwaj was selected as a fighter pilot in the Navy in 2015 after passing class 12th. An internal examination of the Navy was not successful. Due to which he was to be posted on another post instead of fighter pilot, but left this post when he was not satisfied. He then went on to study BA from Delhi University first setting the goal of preparing for IAS. With this, he kept on preparing for IAS in Delhi. Uttam Bhardwaj is basically a resident of Devipuri-I Anandpuri of district Bulandshahr. Due to the posting of his father on the post of executive engineer in the electricity department of Moradabad, he lives in the colony of the power house, Majhola.
Anand Kumar Singh of Bahraich has got 206 rank: Anand Kumar Singh, a resident of Singhpur in Bahraich has got 206 rank. He did his Intermediate in 2012 from National Inter College, Lucknow with 72 percent marks. After that did BA Honors from BHU.
53 rank in PCS in 2019, 533 rank in UPSC in 2020. After getting selected for the post of Assistant Commissioner Income Tax, he was preparing for IAS. Now the selection has been done on 206 rank.
Ankit of Kasganj has achieved success: Ankit Singh has achieved success in the Union Public Service Commission examination. Civil Services Result. In which Ankit Singh has got 594th rank. Ankit is a resident of the city’s Mohalla Jai-Jai Ram. His father is retired from the health department. Mother is a teacher in Basic Education Department. His brother has been posted as Assistant Commissioner in Income Tax after passing the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission examination last year. Earlier, Ankit has been successful once in the Union Public Service Commission and once in the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission.

Union Public Service Commission had released the notification of Civil Services Exam 2021 on 4th March 2021. After applying till the last date March 24, the preliminary examination was held on June 27 and the results were declared on October 29. Then the main exam was conducted from 7th to 16th January 2022 and the results were announced on 17th May. Thereafter the personality test phase was conducted from 5th April to 26th May 2022.
