New Delhi. The mega auction for the 15th season of the Indian Premier League is over. All 10 teams bid fiercely for their favorite players in this auction which lasted for two days in Bangalore. For the new season, Sunrisers Hyderabad had retained three players while 23 players were included in the team from the auction. Kane Williamson will once again be in charge of the team for the new season starting next month.
The franchise team managed to get back bowlers like old players Bhuvneshwar Kumar and T Natarajan in the auction. At the same time, brilliant batsmen like Nicholas Pooran and Aidan Markram were also added to the team. The team placed the highest bid in the mega auction for Puran. The West Indies wicketkeeper, who gave his name in this auction with a brace price of 1.50 crores, was included in the team by the Hyderabad team by bidding 10.75 million.
