A few months ago, a young woman resident of Naini, Yamunapar in Prayagraj had filed a case against Kavi Ahmed at the Civil Lines police station for raping and threatening. The poet had absconded since the FIR was written and has not been caught by the police till now. The Civil Lines Police had also sent the report of cancellation of arms license of Saeed and Kavi to the District Magistrate’s office, but till now the license has not been canceled. In this regard, Inspector Civil Lines JP Shahi says that the court has issued NBW against the poet.
Prayagraj District Court has rejected the bail applications of Manoj Kumar Yadav and Pushpendra Yadav, accused of robbery. Additional District Judge Sanjay Kumar Shukla heard the ADGC Akhilesh Singh Bisen and rejected the bail application. The incident took place on 7 November 2021 in the Civil Lines police station area. The plaintiff Suresh Singh had filed the report. Police arrested the accused Manoj Kumar Yadav and Pushpendra Yadav with a fake number bike from the civil line. Two lakh 72 thousand rupees were recovered from these accused from the advocate in Colonelganj police station. A case was registered against the accused under the sections of cheating.
The District Court has rejected the bail application of Premchand Maurya, accused in the case of hiding evidence by killing his wife. District Judge Nalin Kumar Srivastava rejected the bail application after hearing the arguments of DGC Gulab Chandra Agrahari and the counsel for the accused. In Jhunsi police station, the plaintiff Pramod Kumar had filed a report that he is a resident of Jaunpur and is working in the Enforcement Department in Delhi. Her sister Suman was married to Premchand in 2011. On 14 September 2021, it was learned through his relatives that Suman had died, when he went there, it was found that he was murdered and cremated. Considering the gravity of the crime, the court rejected the bail application of the accused.
