Lakhimpur. All the accused, including Ashish Mishra, son of the main accused in the Lakhimpur violence, will be in the Diwali district jail. The bail pleas of Ashish Mishra, Ashish Pandey and Lovekush Rana could not be heard in the district judge’s court on Wednesday due to the mourning motion on the death of the advocate. Ashish Misra’s advocates Awadhesh Dubey and Awadhesh Kumar Singh, prosecution advocate DGC Arvind Tripathi, SPO SP Yadav were present in the court of Muay Vivek at the appointed time on Wednesday. But the debate could not take place due to the mourning motion.
District Judge Mukesh Mishra, while ordering the arbitrator, said that the next hearing is scheduled on November 15. At the time of hearing on the next scheduled date, case diary of both the cases, criminal history of the accused, ammunition seized and report of the law laboratory of the mobile. Including will be present in the court, a photograph of the incident was also presented in the court on behalf of the two pazos. At the time of the hearing, a large number of advocates were present in the district judge’s court to hear the arguments. District Judge Mukesh Mishra ordered the prosecution to submit the due date along with all the documents and also fixed the date of November 15 for hearing on the bail plea. The SIT has arrested 13 people, including the main accused Ashish, while two others were arrested.
