Lucknow. Aziz Qureshi, former governor of UP and Uttarakhand, is caught on the controversial speech. BJP leader Akash Saxena filed a complaint against him at the Civil Lines police station. The police have started investigation after registering the case late in the night. He has been accused of making objectionable statements against the government.
It is alleged that SP MP Azam Khan’s wife and city MLA Dr. Former Governor Aziz Qureshi made a controversial statement regarding the atrocities against Azam Khan during his meeting with Tajin Fatima and his son Adeeb Azam on Saturday night. The BJP leader came to know about this. BJP leader Akash Saxena had filed a complaint at the Civil Lines police station on several charges including tarnishing the image of the government and inciting the sentiments of the people, accusing him of making objectionable remarks against former governor Aziz Qureshi. The police have registered a report in this matter late night. The police is investigating the matter. Superintendent of Police Ankit Mittal said that in this case a case has been registered against the former governor under sections 153A, 153B, 124A and 505. The police is investigating the matter.
