Lucknow. The Combined B.Ed entrance exam being conducted by Lucknow University started at 9 am on Friday. For the examination, 1476 centers have been set up across the state. Before the commencement of the examination, the standard of physical distance was seen to be strictly followed during the admission at the centers. This time the LU administration has claimed to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning to prevent any kind of malpractices in the examination. For the examination to be held in two shifts from 9 am to 12 and 2 pm to 5 pm, the examinees had to report at the center one hour in advance. In this sequence, the examinees reached the center only at 8 in the morning. On the other hand, for the examination in the second shift, the candidates reached the center one hour before the scheduled time. The second shift exam has started.
State Coordinator of Entrance Examination Prof. Amita Bajpai told that the B.Ed entrance examination has started. During the examination, instructions have been given to keep the photocopy shops closed up to 500 meters from the center. Kovid kit, face shield, sanitizer etc. have been made available on the spot to every candidate of the first shift. Mobile, calculator or any other electronic device is strictly prohibited in the examination hall. If caught, the candidate will be expelled from the examination. His examination will also be cancelled.
