Lucknow. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has now given a clear indication that in the disposal of public grievances, the whip of action is set to be followed. CM Yogi, who has made arrangements for disposal of complaints coming in Tehsil and Thana day in five days, gave strict instructions to the officers to keep in mind that no one needs to submit application again during Tehsil and Thana day.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said in a high-level meeting held at Lok Bhavan on Tuesday that Tehsil Diwas is being organized on the first and third Saturdays of every month, while Thana Diwas is being organized on the second and fourth Saturdays for speedy resolution of public problems and grievances. It has been said that the applications coming in Tehsil Day and Thana Day should be disposed of in the next five days in any case.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that now the officials should also ensure that no complainant needs to submit the application again. Public satisfaction will be the standard of efficiency of officers. These programs should be directly monitored by the District Magistrate and the Superintendent of Police. He directed to dispose of the cases of Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS) on priority. Yogi said that all the District Magistrates and Senior Superintendents of Police should communicate with the representatives of trade boards and industries once in a month. Their problems and needs should be resolved immediately on the basis of merit.
Department should also solve the problems of its employees: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed that all departments should set aside one hour every week in the evening to solve the problems of departmental employees. There should be immediate efforts to solve the problems. The cases of dependents of employees who have died due to Kovid infection should be dealt with immediately. Along with this, he has also asked to make an action plan to help the senior citizens through the CM helpline.
